In the double transitions from traditional agriculture to modern industry and from planned economy to market economy, various contradictions our society faces now may become more intense with the deepening of reform, so government's role should be needed to adjust social benefits equally so as to push this reform forward. Government should get rid of those that obstruct reformation, keep economy stable, society just and equal. In the meantime, government must carry out political reform and strengthen itself to make it vigorous.
