Abstract
With the 80C196KC single chip microprocessor as a controller, the control system of an in-cylinder, direct-injection CNG engine has been developed based on a spark-ignition, single-cylinder engine. The configuration of the system, the design of the control circuits, the calibration of the control parameters and the determination of the control algrithm are discussed in detail in this paper. Dynamometer tests show that the design process of the control system is reasonable and the control method is effective.
