Abstract

Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of coagulation and fibrinolysis on the mechanism of pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods Sixty-three patients with PIH,86 normal pregnant women, and 51 abnormal pregnant women were examined PT,APTT,FVIIa,FVIIIa,and FIXa by the method of coagulation. FBG was tested by transmitted turbidimetric immunoassay. D-D was detected by ELISA,and PLT was determined by some equipments. The difference of the detection indexes was compared among all the groups. Results PT and APTT were shortened among normal pregnant women, while FBG,FVIIa,FVIIIa,FIXa,and D-D were increased in them; there were significant differences between normal pregnant women and normal non-pregnant women (P0.05). The changes of women with PIH were similar to those of normal pregnant women, but all indexes were stronger with worse PIH,and the level of platelet was declined. Conclusions Monitoring of coagulation and fibrinolysis in women with PIH is very important in predicting development of PIH.
