Abstract

During the War of Liberation,the Communist Party of China established a reporting system,implemented the system of the General Assembly and representatives,perfected the system of the Party committee,ruled the provisions of the Party committee working methods and so on.This series of system construction strengthened the military discipline of the CPC,expanded the inner-party democracy of the CPC,and played an importamt role in the final victory of the War of the Communist Party of China.Now these systems are still of pratical value.
