Abstract
Using CT automatic injector contrast medium enhancement and thin-section CT scanning, the authors compared the degree of contrast medium enhancement of 12 cases of malignant pulmonary solitary nodules and 11 cases of benign pulmonary solitary nodules. The preliminary results showed that CT value increase was 33.92+9.52(Hu) incleasion center of malignant pulmonary solitary nodules, and the CT value increase was only 9.86+7.26(Hu) in lesion center of benign pulmonary solitary nodules, the difference was of significant (p0. 05). Basing on the preliminary results of the experiment, the authors speculated that degree of contrastmedium enhancement would become one of the differential diagnosis indexes between the benign and malignant pulmonary solitary nodules.
