Abstract
As the modeling of mechatronic product simulation is completed often in manner of centralization, a new distributed collaboration modeling method was given. First analysed the information which are necessary for distributed collaboration modeling, then made use of the distributed object technology to integrate them into distributed simulation model object. The distributed simulation model object not only can be correctly assembled and re-used with its plenty of information, but also can be accessed transparently with its distribution. The distributed collaboration modeling method based on distributed simulation model object can strongly support distributed collaboration modeling of mechatronic product simulation.
