Abstract
In practice,it is quite important to extract the instantaneous parameters from signals.However,the existing methods for calculating instantaneous parameters have some defects.In this paper,Hilbert-Huang transform,an accurate method of calculating instantaneous frequency of a constant amplitude signal is suggested.The result shows Hilbert-Huang transform is an efficient method for analysis of non-stationary data.
