Current Situation Investigation and Development Countermeasures on Social Sports Instructor in Gansu

Abstract

Using methods of questionnaire survey and interviews,management of training the social sports instructors in Gansu was studied and analysed.The results show that number of social sports instructors in Gansu province obviously cannot meet the needs of society,the management institutions and management mechanism of the social sports instructors lack of scientific nature,cultivating mode is single,the quality of existing social sports instructors cannot meet demand of the new sports.Based on the investigation and analysis about the present situation of social sports instructors,the related suggestions of strengthen the construction of social sports instructor team was proposed.
