Contribution of Risk Management in ICU Nursing Quality Early Warning Management

Abstract

Objective To improve the quality of nursing care by introducing the nursing risk management in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Nursing risk management was carried out in four stages of recognition,judgment,treatment and effect evaluation.The effective preventive measures were adopted.Results Nursing risk management enhanced the risk consciousness and occupation level of nurses in ICU,and reduced occurrence of nursing errors and disputes.Conclusion The nursing risk management can reduce nursing risk and ensure the safe nursing.
