Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the absorption of inhalation anesthetic in one-lung ventilation. [Methods] Twenty-four patients scheduled for undergoing thoracoscope operation were divided into two groups of 12 each: desflurane group (group D) and isoflurane group (group I). Breathe desflurane or isoflurane before and after one-lung ventilation. And change the I/E to 1∶1.5. Recorde inhalation concentration (FI), pulmonum concentration (FA), lung compliance and peak of air tube. Investigate the change of FA∶FI. [Results] FA∶FI of desflurane group was higher than that of isoflurane group. The FA∶FI of two groups had no difference before and after one-lung ventilation. [Conclusions] It suggests that the absorption of desflurane is quicker than isoflurane. By prolonging the time of inhalation, the absorption of inhalation anesthetic in one-lung ventilation has no change.
