Abstract
The content of mineral elements in longanyou fruits changes regularly in a certain degree with the season. The content of them is at the highest point in the young fruit period, and then reduces with the fruit expansion, the content of Fe shows an increasing trend after July, the content of Ca increases at first and then decreases. There is a complicated interaction among the elements.Fe and Cu show positive correlation with the content of sugar, while the rest show negative correlation.
