Abstract

College students' network public opinion means that students express their emotions,willing,attitudes and advice through network. It has the characteristics of freedom and emotionality,richness and diversity,interaction and controllability,burstiness and deviation. According to these characteristics,colleges should improve the leadership mechanism,techniques for guiding college students' network public opinion,and strengthen college students network self-discipline education.
