Abstract
The photosynthetic characteristics of Hemarthria compressa cv.Guangyi was measured by the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that daily variation of net photosynthetic rate in leaves presented a single peak curve.Light saturation point was higher than 2200 μmol/(m2·s),light compensation point was 4.53 μmol/(m2·s),and apparent quantum efficiency was 0.038;CO2 saturation point was about 1200 μmol/mol,and CO2 compensation point was 8.29 μmol/mol,and carboxylation efficiency was 0.273.The analysis of diurnal changes of the net photosynthetic rate and other relative factors showed that photo flux density is the key factor influencing diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate.
