Abstract

Virtual economy is becoming increasingly important in modern economy. America entered into a systematic credit-driven economic growth mode in the early twenty-first century. But in the post-crisis era, America began to adjust this mode, which will surely have important impact on the present international economic profit distribution patterns as well as Sino-US economic relations. Modern market economy is a unity of both real economy and virtual economy, which rely on each other. In such a period with slow recovery of global economy, China should have a correct attitude towards the reality that real economy and virtual economy co-exist, stick to the principle that virtual economy and financial innovation should serve the real economy and promote the coordinated development of virtual economy and real economy.
