Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the clinical acupuncture therapy to essential hypertension(EH).[Methods]40 hypertension patients of liver-Yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).Treatment group received Taichong Acupoint injection with ligustrazine at the dose of 10 mg per time, control group received intramuscular injection with ligustrazine at the dose of 40 mg per time.[Results]The effects of 2 groups were similar in terms of certain symptoms improvement and total clinical efficacy. The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group in terms of decreasing blood pressure and blood hypercoagulability of EH patients.[Conclusion]Taichong Acupoint injection with ligustrazine is an exact method for EH treatment.
