Abstract
Garbage and hazardous waste have great,petential harm to the human health and living environment of human being.How to take effective disposal methods of the waste has been the common major problem for the related industrial workers.The new type dry cement kiln incineration technology makes the poisonous and harmful heavy metals in the waste fixed to the clinker by using the characteristic of the rotary kiln cement clinker that was calcined in high-temperature and burn waste at the same time,realizes the reasonable heavy metal ions-curing to finish the effective disposal of solid waste.
