Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects on platelet aggregation of Xinmaikang Capsules in rabbits induced by adenosine diphosphate, arachidonic acid and platelet-activating factor. Methods The rate of platelet aggregation was determined by Born method. Results Compared with control group, high dose group of Xinmaikang Capsules(2 g·kg-1) can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate, arachidonic acid and platelet-activating factor(P0.01).Medium dose group of Xinmaikang Capsules(1 g·kg-1) can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate and platelet-activating factor(P0.01).Conlusion Xinmaikang Capsules can inhibit platelet aggregation of rabbits.
