Abstract

Aiming the high-tech industry RD innovation efficiency,it establishes the RD innovation input indexes and the output indexes which could well show the characteristics of the high-tech industry,uses the factor analysis model to calculate the comprehensive output and the input of the sub-industry of the high-tech industry.It determines the innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry with the total level of the input and the output.Finally,it presents some countermeasures such as the enhancement of the cooperation,improvement of the mercerization level and the construction of the multi-level capital market for increasing the efficiency of the high-tech industry.
