Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of wheat poison bait of 0.005% Bromadiolone against rats in laboratories and urban areas, and provide scientific methods for killing rats in the future. Methods Using group feeding method and powder trace method. Results The feeding coefficient was 0.41.The rat killing rate was 100% in laboratories ,the field rat killing rate was 99.21%,and the corrected field rat killing rate was 99.18%.Conclusion The product had good palatability and good effect on killing rats in laboratories and urban areas.
