Abstract
To conduct environmental public interest litigation,the plaintiff's standing to sue is the first problem to be solved.To expand the scope of the plaintiff,to increase non-interested subjects,so that our diverse subjects to participate in environmental public interest litigation,is the development trend of environmental protection laws.The author also agrees to increase the prosecution and environmental groups eligible for the environmental public interest litigation to expand the scope of the subject of proceedings.At the same time drawing on a prudent way American-style public interest litigation to restrict the subject of any expansion of China's environmental public goods in building the main system to adopt a pragmatic approach.
