Abstract

Shinan area is located in the Central Junggar basin,the J1s21 formation is the favorable bed for lithologic traps prospecting,which belongs to the transgressive systems tract,with lots of sand body and good assemblage of reservoir and cap rock.Base on the well logging and seismic data,This paper studied the delicate sedimentary facies of J1s21 formation comprehensive using various sedimentation parameters,and analyzed the main control factors of forming lithologic traps,predicted the favorable zones for prospecting.The paper also takes the lithologic trap of Xiayan 3 well for instance to assess the assemblage of reservoir and cap rock and pay condition.
