Abstract
This paper expounds the main contents of the competitive intelligence and enterprise’s competitive power, probes into the relationship between the competitive intelligence and enterprise’s competitive power, analyzes the functions of the competitive intelligence in sharpening the competitive power of enterprise, and based on the main problems existing in the competitive intelligence of Chinese enterprises, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
