Abstract
The paper analyzes the existing problems in enterprise statistics from the following three aspects: the enterprise managers' understanding,the management system and mechanism,and the fundamental work of the enterprise statistics.Then,corresponding countermeasures are advanced to attract the managers' attention to the work,improve the efficiency and the level of the enterprise statistics and to bring it into full play.
