Abstract
Technological innovation becomes a hot issue on enterprise development,and is regarded as the key factor to persistent competitive advantages of enterprises.However,how to evaluate the technological innovation ability of enterprises,or how to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises,becomes an obstacle to the technological innovation development of Chinese enterprises.On the basis of previous study,this paper aims to design a proper and practical evaluation attribute system of the technological innovation ability according to the conditions of Chinese enterprises.
