Abstract

Objective:The use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for promoting situationobservation of follicular development and ovulation before and after ovulation in ultrasonic monitoring. Evaluation of drug effect. Method:2008 January to 2010 June in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology out patient treatment 210 cases of infertility patients routine medication before gynecological examination and after administration offollicular development and ovulation monitoring, observation of three cycles, observed whether the dominant follicle, the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, luteinized follicles and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome etc. Result:210 cases of infertility with clomiphene(CC)and urinary gonadotropin(HMG)growth and cashmere follicular gonadotropin(HCG)stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine and other symptomatic treatment drugs, ovulation. Cording to different medicine used, divided into three groups of curative effect observation of drug, one group,CC group;two group,HMG group;three group, combination group. three groups of dominant follicles rates were 46%,64%,94%;ovulation rates were 30%,46%,78%;pregnancy rates were 11%,28%,57%;no dominant follicle rates were 34%,22%,5%;luteinized follicles rates were 14%,0.9%,0.1%;ovarian hyperstimulation rates respectively were 1.4%,0.9%,0%. Conclusion :combined application of CC + HMG + HCG + ovulation Chinese medicine effect is good, but also can reduce the occurrence of complication,Therefore,CC + HMG +HCG + traditional Chinese medicine is a safe and effective therapy for infertility patients,at the same time, greatly improving the pregnancy rate, become the infertility patients preferred.
