Abstract

Having no regulations on lawsuit for public interests in legislation lends to a dilemma, that is, many public interests suffer losses in actual life. From the lawsuit origin for public good, this paper thinks it necessary and possible to establish lawsuit system for public good in China and puts forward an entire sequence of specific techniques, aiming at the public good protection.
