Abstract
Userfriendly design of a product is the trend of modern industrial design. The authors of this paper hold in their belief that the existence of any products is there for the use of humans. If the design is not humancentered, the work of design and research will be meaningless. The authors point out that the sole aim of product design should be userfriendlinessoriented and that the users, the operating conditions, mode, and other physical and psychological factors should be taken into account in product design. The authors highlight that quantitative and qualitative analysis work should be done before a product is designed so as for userfriendliness to be fully embodied.Research of humanistic design is therefore of great significance in product design.
