Abstract
This reform on the interest rate marketization drives the deepening of financial reform and accelerates economic development.Meanwhile some financial risks in carrying out this reform has became bigger.This paper concentrates on the analyse of the interest rate risks and its types,and gives some measures for Chinese banks to control the risks of interest rate.
