Abstract

The effects of nitrogen application and planting density on the yield of Jingdan28 were studied. Results indicated that with the combination of 225 kg/ha N and 75 000 plants/ha, Jingdan28 could achieve the optimum yield and economic benefits. Both nitrogen application and planting density at different levels influenced the yield performance of Jingdan28, but the effects of planting density on the yield were much significant than that of nitrogen application.
