Abstract
The paper shows that the Russian literature greatly influences the Chinese writers in the 20th century and plays an important part in shaping the modern Chinese literature with its sense of morality and lyric style. It also reveals that Chinese literatur has overpassed Russian literature in the course of taking in the rich achievements of world literature and points out the distance between Chinese literatureand Russian literature.
