Discussion on the Acreage Standard of Regional Compensation Mechanism of Cultivated Land Preservation

Basic institutional defects with the characteristics of the dim of property rights of cultivated land preservation were the main reason for protection system failure of cultivated land.In order to protect cultivated land and ensure food security and social stability,regional compensation mechanism of cultivated land preservation should be established.Due to the differences in natural environment,cultivated land quality and multiple cropping index,there were differences in cultivated land output.The acreage standard determination of cultivated land quality became one of the key links for regional compensation mechanism of cultivated land preservation.Based on the gradation results of regional and national cultivated land,the acreage standard of regional compensation mechanism of cultivated land preservation were discussed.
