Discussion on Asthma and Phlegm

Asthma is a paroxysmal illness which causes suffocative catarrh and gurgles with phlegm in throat.When attacked by asthma,there will be phlegm gurgling in throat,leading to an anhelation,or even an asphyxia which disables patients to lie on the back.The inducing causes for asthma are external germs,improper diet,emotional stimulation,physical weakness and exhaustion,etc,resulting in phlegm blocking the trachea and the regulation function of lung being reduced.Phlegm,the main pathological reason of asthma,the classification and treatment of asthma are closely related with phlegm.Modern medical research has proved that phlegm are closely linked with asthma.Therefore,phlegm-elimination is the key point for both the treatment and prevention of asthma.
