Knowledge Economy and the Talented Person Quality Education

Abstract

From the feature of knowledge economy and connotation, this article emphasizes the requirementof high qualified talented person for the future economic development. We should lay stress on the combi-naton with the practical situation of our contry, mastering the connotation of the talented person educationand its basic contents and also promoting the talented person education of colleges and universities.
