On Principal Education and Cultivation of College Students'Modern Moral Personality

Abstract
The principal education advocates the education of the students themselves,pursues their growth in an all-round way and attach importance to the cultivation of their modern personality.College students' modern personality involves: developing from being self-closed to open,from being idealist to practical,from being dependent to innovative and from being selfsatisfied to self-transcending.Therefore,the cultivation of modern college students' personality demands changes in the educational concept through respecting students' principal status,strengthening their theoretical education,increasing their practice,enhancing their consciousness of responsibility,fostering their self-discipline competence and improving psychological consultation so as to develop students' healthy personality.
