Abstract
Entrapment can be a reason judging a man ungainly by criminal law in American.But in Japan or Germany,entrap-ment is legal.In this article,through examining the history of entrapment and contrasting systems of different countries,it can be seen that our country must rebuild up a theory of entrapment and make it more perfect.
