Abstract
Using phenol-sulphuric acid method to detect the contents of polysaccharides, the optimum extraction conditions with water of polysaccharides from Ganoderma Lucidum were determined by single-factor test and orthogonal test. The results show that the optimum temperature of extracting with water was 90 ℃, the optimum extracting time was 2.0 h and water∶Ganoderma Lucidum was 15∶1. The main influencing factor was temperature, next is extracting time and water∶Ganoderma Lucidum.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
