HUMAN GENOME PROJECT AND RESEARCH

Recently,the human genome was researched with DNA sequencing,genic clone,construction of genomic library and etc. Most of human genome physics maps,transcription maps and single nucleotide polymorphisms maps were finished analyses.Furthermore,a lot of novel genes were discovered, cloned and investigated, such as glaucoma gene, tumor suppressor gene and etc. These results first made the human recognize themself based on the molecular level,and would benifit to delete the harmful genes from the human genome. At last,probable problems caused by thr research of human genome were discussed in this report.
