Isaiah Berlin separates a large number of the concepts of freedom into two kinds:the negative and the positive.It gives us an inspiration that children should not only enjoy the negative freedom but also the positive one.Educators should not only protect the children's negative freedom,but also create conditions for children's positive freedom to promote children develop actively and freely..
