Abstract

Objective To study the stability of Compound Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Injection.Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of matrine under classical isothermal method and longterm storage test.Results No significant changes were noted in the color,clarity,pH value and the content of matrine.Conclusions Compound Compound Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Injection was very stable.Its expiry shall be 2 years.
