Abstract

This paper analyses the cause for the loss of state-owned assets in great quantity in the ownership reform of state-owned enterprises. It is mainly due to the fact that government officials possess the power to dispose of state-owned assets under no supervision. This being the case, it is necessary to regulate the sale procedures of the state-owned assets in legislative form. The paper hereby proposes corresponding practical measures.
