Abstract

Used of TEM(Transmission electron microscopy) is the one of method that study the ultrastructure of oocyte.This study can reflect and estimate the quality of oocyte,so exert the important effect on the field of project of embryo and project of cell.This paper is summarized the technique and achievement on the ultrastructure of oocyte in the last twenty years,and in future reviewed this study emphases on the ultrastructure of mammalian oocyte in the world.
