Abstract

A method for determination of quinolones residues in egg by HPLC with fluorescence detector detection was established.A good linearity of the calibration curves for ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin was obtained within the range of 2~500 ng/mL(R20.9999),and danofloxacin was obtained within the range of 0.4~100 ng/mL(R20.9999).The limit of quantification of ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin was 10 ng/g,and danofloxacin was 2 ng/g.The average recoveries of ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin from spiked eggs at three concentrations of 10,50,200 ng/g ranged from 70 % to 100%(n=5),and danofloxacin from spiked eggs at three concentrations of 2,10,40 ng/g ranged from 70% to 100%(n=5).The intra-and inter-batch variation coefficients were both less than 10%.
