Comparison on Immediate Analgesic Effect in Patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea between Acupuncture of Single Point and Several Points

Objective:This paper further compares the immediate analgesic effect in patients with primary dysmenorrhea when retaining needle in 30 minutes between acupuncture of shiqizhui only and acupuncture of several points besides shiqizhui.Methods:26 cases met the inclusion criteria of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into acupuncture of single shiqizhui group and several points besides shiqizhui group,retain needle for 30 minutes,record the VAS read values separately of acupuncture immediately,retaining needle 5 min,10 min,20 min,30 min,and then carries on the statistical analysis.Result:After acupuncture,both groups receive analgesic effect rapidly,there is obvious function promptly after retaining the needle 10 min(P0.05);Retain the needle in 30 minutes,two groups of patients' analgesic effect is strengthened continuously until needle withdrawed;The instant analgesic effect of several points group is obviously superior to shiqizhui group while retaining the needle30 min until needle withdrawed(P0.05).Conclusion:The appropriate matching acupoint to improving the clinical curative effect of great significance.
