Abstract

The new institutional economics return to the classic institutional economics.But the Marx's political economics is generalization of the classic institutional economics.From classic institutional economics to the new institutional economics,We found that the development of economics has inside logic.But the Marx's institutional economics is different with the new institutional economics:the former want to evolve the essence of the economic system and the latter serve the market economics.
