Abstract
This text introduces the principles of digital temperature sensor DS18B20,and deeply researches the structure,sensor properties and single bus technique,taking 80C52 of Intel Company as the platform developed high accuracy digital thermometer,including system design scheme,hardware constitution,software programming,comparing with the traditional,temperature measuremat device DS18B20-based digital temperature sensor has the advantages of simple structure,high accuracy and dependable.
