Breaking Through Vicious Cycle of Poverty

Poverty is caused by many factors.From the economic angle,they always react on one another .So a series of vicious cycle of poverty are found.They are R·Lax's theroy and the compound system theroy of nature,economy and society.In view of the current reality of poverty regions,the author analyses the state of vicious cycle of poverty in poverty regions,and designates some measures which can break through these vicious cycle of poverty.
