Abstract

Based on the brief introduction to concept and background of public rental housing,this paper summarizes experience and difference of domestic and international operation management system from its institutional settings,rental distribution,rent level,property management and legal protection,then analysis problems and difficulties of public rental in some Chinese urban,such as Beijing,Chongqing,Shanghai,and proposes solution measures.
