Problem and Method Research on Machinery Equipment Workshop Production Scheduling of Discrete Manufacturing Industry

Production plan and scheduling is the core and technology difficult point of discrete manufacturing industry production management.This paper presents definition,developing history and current situation,characteristic,class and optimizing objective of production scheduling.Taking Keda Industrial Co.,Ltd as example,analyses once the production plan and scheduling problem of discrete manufacturing industry;and put forward discrete manufacturing industry improved production management pattern and the method of improving manufacturing management efficiency.
