The Comparison of Different Process for Extracting Puerarin Efficiency

Abstract
The best conditions to extract puerarin are determined which come from Jingmen,Hubei province with salting out method,n-butyl alcohol extraction,macroporous resin adsorption method and soxhlet extraction method and the four different methods of extraction efficiency are compared through the experiment. The results show that the soxhlet extraction method of extraction rate is higher than other three methods,which can make the puerarin extraction rate reach 1.56%.
