Abstract
This paper makes a research of power performance,fuel efficiency,conventional and unconventional emission behavior on the 4G15S engine by respectively using M15 methanol-gasoline and93# gasoline.The experiment results show that the power of M15 methanol-gasoline used in engine is slightly reduced compared with the 93# gasoline used in gasoline;the fuel efficiency is much increased,but with the better economy;the emission of CO,HC and NOx is obvious reduced,but that of HCHO is increased evidently.
